Satisfaction Guarantee

Return Policy:
Sleep Puff offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as we believe in the quality of our product and the Sleep Puff experience. If you contact us within 30 days of placing your order, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement item of equal value. For all refunds of orders valued over $100, a 20% restocking fee will apply.  
Product Satisfaction
In the event that a customer is unsatisfied with their item(s) and reaches out within 30 days of the original purchase date, they will have the option to receive a refund (excluding the original shipping cost) or one (1) replacement order of equal value to the original. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer if necessary. If a customer chooses to receive a replacement order, they cannot later request a refund for the original order, as each order will be compensated one (1) time. For all refunds of orders valued over $100, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Returns
Be advised that all orders will be reviewed and a return may be required before a refund can be processed. Sleep Puff does not provide return labels and due to the nature of our product we can only receive back unopened products.
Please email our customer service team at: Care@SleepPuff.com. And provide your order number from SleepPuff.com. A Sleep Puff team member will assist with any inquiries. 
Defective Product
Sleep Puff’s quality standards are of the highest on the market. We hand check every order that is shipped out. In the event that a customer receives a defective item(s) in an order and reaches out within 30 days of the original purchase date, the customer shall have the option to receive either a full refund , or one (1) replacement order including an item(s) of equal value to the original. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Customers will only be compensated once (1) per original order.
Missing Orders/Product
In the event that a customer does not receive an order placed on SleepPuff.com, Sleep Puff will reship or refund the order. Orders that do not arrive within fourteen (14) working days after the order was shipped, the customer must notify Sleep Puff within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for compensation. Sleep Puff will refund or reship the order to customers only once (1) per order. Sleep Puff will not compensate customers for orders not received after the second attempt to ship. 
Refunds
All refunds will be processed using the original method, which can only be processed once. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected on your statement. You may also request a store credit for purchases made on SleepPuff.com.
  
Late or missing refunds
If a refund does not reflect on your account within 3-5 business days, contact your credit card company or financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is processed and posted. If the refund is still outstanding after contacting your credit card company and/or financial institution and waiting the allotted time frame, please contact us at Care@SleepPuff.com , we are happy to assist you!
